As a Basic Open Water diver you have mastered the minimum skills necessary to experience the underwater world. Now build your confidence and skills to explore the wonders of the deep and indulge your passions and interests like wrecks, underwater photography or diving after dark. A skilled and experienced diver is a safer diver.


PADI's elearning has proven to be a valuable tool to save time and money for all concerned. You complete the academic portions where and when you like on-line. Pool training is scheduled when it is convenient and open water check-out dives can be conducted locally or at vacation locations with a referral. It is your schedule, you decide.

Maine Divers Scuba Center is owned and operated by active divers for divers. We are enthusiastic about scuba diving.
