The summer of 2010 will be one to remember. The weather and diving has been fantastic. The summer camp scuba programs at camps Kawanhee, O-AT-KA and Hinds were fun for all. Congratulations to our new divers. We conducted a Discover Scuba Diving session for Wayneflete school's marine science summer program. The students could go into the ocean and see the marine ecology up close and natural. Every diver wants to share their passion for diving with others and a Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experience is the best way to introduce friends to the adventure you have come to love. Contact the store to join a pool session or go to the ocean for an experience you will remember and get a picture for facebook so your friends can see what an adventurous life you lead. We have the latest in dive computer technology, the Mares ICON HD. It is menu driven and easy to use. The ICON HD has a simple built in digital compass, rechargable battery, and computer interface. This is the future of dive computers. These are on allocation and hard to find. Come by and check it out. All other computers look obsolete by comparison.

ICON HD is a True full-color display computer. Its screen is made using LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) with TFT (Thin Film Transistor) technology.
An intuitive software, the use of large characters, and the contrast created by using different colors, makes the on screen information easy to read, immediate and clear.
During the dive besides the standard navigation mode EXTEND, divers can switch to a second dive mode PROFILE. ICON HD processes and shows the full dive curve in real time. The computer’s memory allows the storage of images and photos, including digital maps of diving spots.
